AIDA freediving instructor. First experience with freediving in 2002 with a scuba diving course. Experience in practicing other sports disciplines, from several years dedicated only to breath-hold diving. Instructor qualifications obtained in Kalamata, Greece in training conducted by the world record holder in depth freediving.

Different moments in life, different decisions, like everyone else... I consciously and with a smile took on the role of a wife, mother, friend, healer... freediver ;)
I usually feel great in these roles.
I see more and more clearly the much greater sense of following the voice of the heart than the voice of reason.
