FLOW WEEKS IN 2025

Flow Week is 6 days of freediving in Dalmatia around the island of Drvenik Veli and other places on the Trogir Riviera. At Flow Week we meet on the island of Drvenik Veli. It is a very peaceful island with a warm Mediterranean climate, inhabited by about 200 permanent residents, full of the sounds of cicadas, Mediterranean vegetation such as olive trees, the smell of pine pines, almond or carob trees. We have a lot of space here for walks, many beautiful viewpoints or bays and beaches with clean and clear water.

Flow Week on Drvenik is a place for a peaceful and balanced time with both freediving with a buoy by the rope and recreational freediving, it is a time and space to experience moments of pause, delight, beautiful views, charming bays to which we will sail our motorboat, spend time with nature both underwater and on the surface.

We start freediving on Monday and finish on Saturday. During these 6 days, we combine and intertwine depth training by the rope with recreational freediving with one day off from organized water activities during which we sail around nearby islands by motorboat (our RIB) with rest in a selected bay.

You can go to Flow Week with a family with children, a non-diver or a snorkeler, the island of Drvenik Veli will also have a lot to offer them during this time.

The Flow Week plan is as follows:

1/ on Monday (day 1) freediving with a buoy by the rope, and after the dives a short reconnaissance of nearby bays by boat;

2/ on Tuesday (day 2) recreational freediving at one of the selected locations;

3/ on Wednesday (day 3) freediving with a buoy by the rope;

4/ on Thursday (day 4) we take a break to regenerate after diving and go on a boat trip around the island of Drvenik Veli and other smaller nearby islands with a stop and sunbathing at a selected location - this is the day when non-diving companions (e.g. children with a partner) can sail with us by motorboat;

5/ Friday (day 5) freediving with a buoy by the rope;

6/ Saturday (day 6) recreational freediving at one of the selected locations and the end of Flow Week.

* It is reserved that in the event of weather turbulence, i.e. strong wind and larger waves, the above plan may be subject to some changes or modifications. In general, the weather on Drvenik is usually stable during the time planned for our Flow Weeks, however, it may happen that due to strong wind, for example, sailing out by boat on a given day will not be possible and in such a situation we have several alternative bays on the island accessible from the shore and sheltered from different wind directions, to which we can then go by car.
